I would list this as Very Good Pre-Owned Condition. Your photos show a very clean exterior with the logo lettering intact, clean-looking interior compartments and card slots, and good-looking gold-tone zipper hardware. I can see some light normal signs of handling/use, but nothing in these photos that I'd describe as major damage.

I would not use “like new” unless you've inspected the corners, zipper, strap and interior closely in person and are confident there's virtually no wear.
